Annual billing is two months free compared with paying monthly. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where they apply. The live prices are always the ones on the pricing page.
The free tier is for trying the product: the instant check on the home page (no account, three per hour per visitor) and one on-demand check a month from the dashboard or the API. Monitoring a store on a schedule needs a plan.
What counts
Scheduled checks of your stores are part of the plan; nothing is counted. An on-demand check is one you start yourself: the Run a check now button, POST /api/v1/store-check, POST /api/v1/stores/{id}/check, or the MCP tool. Each completed on-demand check is one result against the monthly allowance, whichever door it came through; a check that reports a broken store is still a completed check. Calls that fail before a check runs (invalid input, a store that cannot be walked) are never counted. The allowance resets on the first day of every calendar month at 00:00 UTC; unused checks do not roll over.
The dashboard's usage meter shows the on-demand checks used this month, split by door: web app, API and agents.
When the allowance is used up
- In the web app you are asked to upgrade.
- API and agent checks from an account with a card on file continue and are billed at $0.25 per extra check at the end of the month.
- API and agent checks from a free account receive HTTP 402 with a link to the pricing page.
Changing plans
Open Account and choose a plan; payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. To change the card, download invoices, switch plans or cancel, use Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to the free tier: scheduled checks stop and the stores stay listed, paused, with their history. When you move to a smaller plan, the newest stores beyond the new limit are paused, the oldest keep running.
Receipts and invoices
Stripe emails a receipt for every charge. Invoices are available in the customer portal.
Refunds
Every charge can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. See Refunds.
