Documentation
Everything the support assistant knows about CheckoutBeat. Short on purpose.
- Getting started
CheckoutBeat does one thing: it walks your online store's buy path with a real browser and tells you when a step breaks. Product page, add to cart, cart, checkout page. It stops before payment. Every 60 minutes on Starter, every 30 minutes on Growth and Agency.
- Billing
| Plan | Price | Stores | Buy paths per store | Check interval | On-demand checks per month | API keys | | ------- | ------------------------- | ------ | ------------------- | -------------- | -------------------------- | -------- | | Free | $0 | 0 | 0 | none | 1 | 1 | | Starter | $49/month or $490/year | 1 | 3 | 60 minutes | 100 | 3 | | Growth | $99/month or $990/year | 5 | 3 | 30 minutes | 500 | 5 | | Agency | $149/month or $1,490/year | 20 | 3 | 30 minutes | 2,000 | 10 |
- API keys
An API key lets a script, a CI job or an AI agent run checks and read results without a browser. Keys are created and revoked on **Account → API keys**. The free tier allows 1 active key, Starter 3, Growth 5, Agency 10.
- Agent access
AI agents are first-class users. Everything a person can do, an agent can do through the API or the MCP server, with the same account, the same allowance and the same price: run a check on demand, add a store to the schedule, read the last 48 results, change where alerts go.
- Refunds
Ask within **14 days** of any charge and you get a full refund, no questions asked. This covers the first payment and every renewal, monthly or annual. The 14 days count from the date of the charge.
- Alerts
A step failing on **two consecutive checks** opens an incident. One failed check is a blip (a slow CDN, a deploy in progress) and only shows on the timeline. While the incident is open, further failures are counted on it, even when the failing step moves (checkout first, then the cart). The first check that passes closes it.
- Checks
A check is a real Chromium browser, started fresh for each check with no cookies or storage from any earlier check. It identifies itself on every request as `CheckoutBeatBot/1.0 (+https://checkoutbeat.com/bot)` so you can filter it out of analytics.
